Studio Studio extended the contrast between speed and taking time into the composition of the posters. Each letter of the sentence “We choose light open near paths to build and give today now” is set large (macrotype) on a poster, while the opposite word is placed small (microtype) inside the letter. For example, the “W” in “We” is made up of “They”, and the “C” in “Choose” is composed of “Reject.”

To generate the posters, Studio Studio built a parametric grid engine with AI support, controlling layout, scale, spacing, rhythm, and density — while keeping it flexible. Based on the principles of their community-driven digital archive Another Graphic, the program has been made available to the public.
