Day 1 | Visual introduction to Arabic script
- Morning Talks by Kristyan Sarkis, Vera van de Seyp & Team Thursday
- Immersion and exercises in Arabic script culture
- Drawing and exploring the Arabic shapes
Day 2| Compositions from analog to digital
- Continue drawing, sketching and exploring the Arabic shapes
- Compose compositions and converting the analog sketches to digital
Dag 3| Finishing touches
- Further developing and refining the design (digital)
- Finalizing work
- Presentations!

Supplies
- Laptop with a vector design program (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
All other materials are provided.
Knowledge and skills
- The masterclass is designed for people with no prior knowledge of Arabic script. However, you must have skills in digital vector drawing (Adobe Illustrator CC, Corel DRAW, Inkscape, Sketch, Gravit Designer, etc.).
