Graphic-a-Fair Discover your superpower!

We conclude the last day of Graphic Matters with the Graphic-a-Fair.

This day is perfect for everyone and anyone that wants, can and dares to create. There are drop-in workshops at set times and ‘creation stations’ to join. Create your own data selfie, visual note or slow tweet, under the supervision of professional designers. Discover your own visual superpowers!

For everyone from 4 to 104 years old.

Participating designers + schedule:

Grafische Werkplaats Raaf
12.30 / 14.00 / 15.30*
In one hour, you will design your own superpower screenprint with letters, shapes and lines.

Paperclear
13.00 / 14.30 / 15.45*
Layana of Paperclear shows you how drawing can help to tell, remember and/or come up (with) something. Everyone can draw. Through a few clear steps, you will capture your day by means of visual notes.

Studio Zeedauw
continuous
Do you want to really make a statement and share your opinion? Then join mobile printing house Studio Zeedauw and print your own analogue #slow tweet. Letter by letter you add your #slow tweet to the press, so there’s enough time to think about a meaningful and well-formulated message.

Babbels in Beeld
continuous
Everyone has special powers. What are yours? Eva van den Dungen of Babbels in Beeld helps you to visualise them.

Bitoño Atelier (BE/FR)
continuous
Create your own super sandwich with Atelier Bitoño from Brussels. Layer by layer you will press a colourful sandwich onto a bag.

Caroline Ellerbeck
continuous
You don’t have to be an artistic talent in order to be creative. Caroline challenges you with her new book “frame your imagination”.

Je Favoriete Ontwerpers
continuous
With design tools you can create the perfect image. Je Favoriete Ontwerpers are looking for the ideal grid based on the golden ratio. You can help them during the Graphic-A-Fair. By participating in their workshop you will make your own perfect creation and contribute to the creation of the ultimate image. However, the question is… to what extent is this your own creation?

Bouke Bruins. via KOP
continuous
History has been written but Bouke Bruins (on behalf of KOP)  is letting you write the future. A life-sized wooden sculpture and stamps with letters invite you to share your opinion or to change someone else’s.

* The workshops by Paperclear and Raaf take place at set times. You can apply for them on the day itself, at the info desk. About 10 people can join per session.
