On Wednesday 22 November, the elections take place. Of course, that requires posters – real ones, but also alternative ones. Algemene Beschouwingen gives people the chance to design their own alternative election poster.
The submitted posters show visual commentary on current Dutch politics. Created by designers and illustrators from all over the country, the posters raise issues, express criticism or serve as encouragement.

Public exhibition
A selection of 40 posters was made from all submissions. These are on display across Den Bosch, Breda and The Hague. The selection is made by a jury consisting of members of Nieuwe Bossche School and Graphic Matters.
Until 23 November, part of the posters will be on display at Avans and De Rooi Pannen Seelig-Noord in Breda and at Amare on Spuiplein and Café Dudok in The Hague. The full selection is exhibited starting Wednesday 22 November at the Werkwarenhuis in Den Bosch.
The public votes on 22 November
All posters can be found here. On 22 November, you can vote for your favourite election poster there.
On Sunday 26 November at 15:00, the public and jury prizes are awarded in the Werkwarenhuis.
